Hi! I'm Ola and I am the designer behind Little Spark. I am so pleased that you decided to visit my site and I hope that you like what you have found.  First of all, I have to say that I never dreamt of creating my own business. I have always been quite crafty, spending my days knitting, crocheting, painting, always on a lookout for a new creative way to express myself. It was no different with making my own jewellery; Little Spark started after I was inspired by seeing others creating their own jewellery on social media. As a person with the 'how hard can it be?' attitude I decided to try it out myself. And I fell in love! What started as that little personal project, quickly became a heartfelt outlet for my creativity and a way to express myself in the jewellery I wear everyday. 

The same, old jewellery seems to be everywhere nowadays; I didn’t want to be just one of many wearing the same pair of earrings or bracelet as the next person on the street. Inspired by the possibilities, I decided to embark on a journey to create my own unique pieces, ones that reflect my individuality and sense of style. I have spent countless hours honing my skills, elevating my craftsmanship and finding my own original style. In this process I have trialled thousands of different elements, textures, colours and energies to produce the pieces that you can see on this site. I like to I hold myself to a pretty high standard and safe to say that plenty of items didn’t make the cut but I am very proud of the ones that did.

Aside from aesthetics, my collections featuring gemstones embrace the concept of spirituality and are designed to promote mindfulness and well-being. Gemstones are chosen not just for their appearence but for their spiritual properties, making the jewellery not only a fashion choice, but a meaningful companion in your journey through life. The items are designed to help in various ways, e.g. boosting confidence and self-esteem, jolting creativity,  letting go of past traumas or emotional wounds or simply giving you that burst of energy you may need!
