All prices are quoted in UK Pound Sterling and include VAT.

Payment Platform

All payments can be made via the Lightspeed payment platform. It accepts debit and credit cards, including, but not limited to: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB. Discover, etc. 

Lightspeed also accepts Google Pay and Apple Pay digital wallets on any supported devices.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping Cost

We offer free shipping within the UK (Mainland). 

The cost of international shipping within the EU and other countries starts from £8.15. We offer FREE international shipping on any order over £100.

All shipping is via Royal Mail tracked delivery.

Delivery Times

Delivery time in the UK is approx. 2 working days. Delivery within Europe is 3-5 working days and worldwide delivery is 5-7 working days. 

We rely on Royal Mail and their global partners, so specific delivery dates may not always be guaranteed.

Order Processing & Manufacturing Time

Orders are processed as quickly as possible, typically in the order they are received. All items available in our shop are made to order, especially for you; as such, dispatch time may vary depending on the volume of orders received. Please allow 5-15 working days for manufacturing and dispatching your jewellery. 

Please note, working days do not include weekends, UK bank holidays or UK public holidays.

If you need your jewellery sooner, please contact us before placing the order and we can advise if the process can be sped up for you.

Orders are subject to availability. Confirmation of orders through the website or via e-mail should not be considered a guarantee of delivery. In the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfill delivery, you will be informed and a refund will be issued as soon as possible. Should it be the case that we are able to supply only part of the items in the order, the amount for the entirety of the order will be taken however a refund will be promptly issued for the items unable to be supplied. 

We have endeavoured to ensure that item descriptions and prices are accurate. In the unlikely event that an error in the description and/or price is identifed, you will be informed as soon as possible. In this case, there will be the option to continue with the purchase based on the corrected description and/or price or the cancel the order and receive a full refund if the item has been paid for.

Worldwide Shipping & Customs

We are happy to ship our jewellery worldwide. We do not accept responsibility for any additional costs incurred for international shipping. Any additional costs such as customs fees or taxes are the buyer's responsibility. 

Shipping times can vary depending on your location and customs processing times.

Tracking Information

The tracking number will be provided via email, once the order has been dispatched.    

CANCELLATION & RETURNS

Cancellation Policy

In the accordance with Distance Selling Regulations, you may cancel your order at any time after placing it and up until dispatch (also known as a 'cooling-off period'). To initiate the cancellation, you must inform us by sending an email titled 'Cancellation' to customer.service@little-spark. co.uk. Please include your name, address and the purchase order number in the email. 

Return Policy

In the unlikely event that you are not happy with the goods received, you will have 7 days after receiving your purchase to return it for a full refund. To initiate the return, please email us at customer.service@little-spark.co.uk. Please include your name, address and the purchase order number in the email. We would highly appreciate feedback regarding reasons for return, however, it is not mandatory. 

The returned items must be unused, in their original packaging and in the same condition they were delivered in. Please note that parcels with returned goods are the buyer's responsibility until it reaches us. We recommend sending it back via tracked and insured delivery as Little Spark will not accept liability for items that were lost or damaged in transit.

Please note that earrings which have been tried on cannot be replaced or refunded for hygiene reasons. 

Return Policy after 7 days

At Little Spark we want you to be satisfied every time you shop with us, therefore after the 7 day period is over, you may still be able to return the goods.

Any return request received after the 7 day period will be reviewed on a case by case basis and is at the discretion of Little Spark.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

Our jewellery is made to be long-lasting.  In the unlikely event that it is faulty (e.g. loose thread or damaged etc), please contact Little Spark customer service for repair or replacement. 
Please note that any damage that is deemed a direct result of wear, incorrect usage, incorrect storage, incorrect care or accidental damage will not be accepted as a 'fault'.

All items in our shop are handmade and finished to a high standard. However, Little Spark cannot be held liable for variations in colour, finish and design due to the handmade nature of the work. Any such variations shall not be considered a 'fault'. 

Exchange Policy

In the unlikely event that the goods received are faulty or e.g. you require different size, you may wish to exchange the item purchased. To initiate the exchange, please email us at customer.service@little-spark.co.uk with your name, address, the purchase order and a brief description of a reason for exchange. Please include the details of the exchange required. We may contact you for additional information. 

Once the conditions of the exchange have been agreed and accepted by both sides, a confirmation will be sent to your email address. 

Your new item will then be sent to you as soon as we receive and inspect the returned item and confirm it has not been damaged.

REFUNDS

If the order is cancelled prior to dispatch, you will be refunded in full, within 2 working days. 

If your order has already been dispatched, you will have to return the purchased goods before the refund is issued. 

Your refund will be processed as soon as we receive and inspect the returned item. Please note that the shipping cost incurred for returning the goods is non-refundable.

Please allow up to 5 working days for your exchange or refund to be processed.

DISCLAIMER

All items are handmade, therefore small variations and imperfections may occur.

The gemstones used in our jewellery are nature's creation. As such, the colour, shade, texture and shape may be slightly different bead to bead.

The colour and shade of items may slightly differ from the ones seen on photos due to different colour settings on different devices. 

The charms added to bracelets and necklaces may be different from the ones seen on photos. If you desire specific charms, please specify within the PERSONALISATION box and we will endeavour to meet your request, subject to availability of materials.

Descriptions of the gemstones used in our jewellery are to the best of our knowledge accurate, based on our assessment and as indicated by our reputable suppliers.

We may change these terms and conditions at any time and we are not under any obligation to notify you of such changes.

SAFETY NOTIFICATIONS

Earrings and jewellery with any small parts are not suitable for children under the age of 3 as it may be a choking hazard. We strongly recommend that jewellery not be given to unsupervised children under 3 years old. Jewellery should not be worn for play or for extended periods on young children, it should also not be worn whilst sleeping.

The spiritual properties attributed to gemstones are based on traditional beliefs and folklore, and have not been scientifically proven. The information provided is for informational and entertainment purposes only, and should not be considered as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you have any health concerns, please consult with a qualified healthcare provider.
